Project Elsie

This extension for an existing post‑war home in Seaford was designed to enhance both function and beauty while respecting the character of the surrounding neighbourhood. The addition introduces a spacious, open‑plan living area with large glass doors opening to a north‑facing rear yard, which maximises natural light and creates a harmonious indoor–outdoor flow.

The design uses sustainable materials and landscaping that reflect the local context whilst responding to site allotment constraints. The clients are long‑time friends, which made the project particularly meaningful, and it’s rewarding to see them enjoying the final result with genuine satisfaction.
