How Does It Work When You Become a Client

Client onboarding establishes clear expectations, defined project scope, and operational framework from day one. This structured initiation ensures smooth progression into design development and documentation, with consistent support throughout project execution and delivery.

Free Consultation

Includes an on-site visit to discuss the project scope and requirements, allowing us to properly assess feasibility.

The site visit will include an evaluation of the property, a visual assessment of the surrounding environment, and a thorough review of the existing structure, particularly for renovation or extension projects, to ensure all factors are accurately considered.

Further, we will provide a detailed quotation for your project upon request.

Develop Client Brief

We work closely with you to develop a detailed project brief, ensuring all requirements, objectives, and budget considerations are clearly defined.

In addition, we carry out a comprehensive site analysis. This includes identifying utility connection points, taking site measurements for design planning, and documenting existing conditions such as vegetation, tree placement, and any surrounding structures that may influence the overall design.

Design

We will develop a unique, custom design concept that responds directly to your site conditions and project brief.

As part of the schematic design phase, we will explore the form and function of the concept through various design approaches. This includes considering material selections, internal layouts, and appropriate construction methods.

We will produce computer-generated drawings and visualisations to bring the concept to life, while also obtaining preliminary cost estimates to ensure the design aligns with your budget.

Finalise & Document

We prepare all required drawings, internal layouts, and detailed schedules for each area of the project.

We also coordinate and integrate consultant designs into the overall documentation, ensuring a smooth transition into the building and approval phase.

Oversee Project Implementation

Manage the collation, submission, and negotiation of all required permits and approval applications on your behalf.

Recommend trusted, high-quality builders suited to the project, and assist in reviewing, analysing, and negotiating submitted building quotations.

Remain actively involved throughout the construction phase, attending on-site meetings with you and your builder, and conducting regular site inspections to ensure the project meets expected outcomes.
