Develop Client Brief
Work through a detailed brief to ensure we encapsulate your project requirements and budget. Perform detailed site analysis. Inspect, assess and measure the site for design considerations.

Design
Create an unique personalised design concept that response to your site and brief. Prepare Schematic Design for your project. Explore the form and function of the concept through various mediums. Consider material selections, internal layout and appropriate construction techniques. Create computer generated drawings and images to bring the project to life. Obtain building estimates to ensure the design is in line with your budget.

Finalise & Document
Prepare all necessary drawings, internal layouts and schedules for each specific project. Arrange integration of consultants’ designs with design documentation to move forward with the building and approval process.

OVERSEE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Collate, submit and negotiate all relevant permits and approval applications on your behalf. Recommend professional, reliable and high quality builders to suit your project. Analysis & negotiated building quotes and discuss with you. Onsite meetings with you & your builder, we identify and provide building design solutions. We remain active throughout the constriction process. Maintain on site inspections to help achieve an efficient & cohesive build.
